We typically send two people.

If you inform us to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment there is no fee. However, if you were to cancel same day there would be a fee of $35.

Yes, we bring two vacuums (one for floor and one for carpet), step ladder, two different mops, bucket, bag with all the cleaning products,  fresh towels (kitchen towels are separate from dusting and the bathrooms).

We do a background check on our Employees. We make sure the people we hire pride themselves to clean the best every time. All of our employees are certified and trained prior to cleaning anyone's house.

You can be rest-assured that all of our professional housecleaners are fully trained and insured. We respect all of our customers by never smoking, eating, or using appliances during our home cleanings. 

We recognize the importance of communication, especially when it comes to important valuables in your home and any specific cleaning requests you may have. We do everything possible to earn it by performing reliable, affordable, great cleaning services designed to meet your needs.  

No, because we work on an 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. schedule from Monday to Friday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In majority of these cases, our insured housecleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code.
