How many maids come to clean my home?
We have a 2 person team that will provide the cleaning service.
Do you have a customer service representative?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions Monday-Friday from 8am to 5 pm.
What is your method of payment?
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discovery. We also accept same day payment to be sent to the office by way of your Maid Team. Each Team can receive cash or a check made to Vanity Maids. You can provide credit card information to the Vanity Maids consultant during your FREE estimate or call it into the office personnel when scheduling our service.
Why do I need someone to come to my house for an estimate? Can I just have the cost over the phone?
Your free consultation with the Vanity Maids Consultant gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get immediate professional answers. All homes are different and require a personalized cleaning service.
Why is my first cleaning so long compared to the monthly or biweekly time?
Our Vanity Team is new to your home. We take our time to learn all of your personalized cleaning needs. After a couple of scheduled visits our Team Members have become familiar with the do's and dont's which in turn makes the process faster.
Do you offer weekend services?
Currently, we do not offer Cleaning Services on the weekends though we are hoping to do so in the future.
What do I do if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
We require a 24hr notice to reschedule. Please call our customer service team member at 951-719-3302, if we are unable to answer your call please leave your request to our voicemail, we will return your call before our end of day. We understand that emergencies happen.
Is there a cancelation fee?
There is no fee for canceling we only ask that you reschedule.
Do I have to provide cleaning products or equipment?
No, Vanity Maids prides it self in using supplies that are safe for your family, pets and are eco-friendly.
Can they use mine cleaning supplies?
Yes, we ask that you let the consultant know when scheduling the appointment that you would like our team to use your cleaning supplies. Please have supplies ready upon our team's arrival.
Am I supposed to be in house while the cleaning is happening or can I leave and come back?
You may choose to stay or leave. All we ask is for our team members is to be given space to concentrate on making your home fresher and brighter.
Can I ask the Maid Team to come clean my home on a certain day and time since they are in front of me right now?
Vanity Maid Teams do not have the most current schedules available. Please call our customer service team member at 951-719-3302, if we are unable to answer your call please leave your request to our voicemail, we will return your call before our end of day.
I love my Maid Team can I request them for every service I have?!
Absolutely! We love hearing such a glowing request. We make every effort to keep the same Team coming to your home. However, there may be times where your team may not be available and must send another of our great teams.
Is gratuity expected by the maids?
Gratuity is not required. However, if you feel that our teams merit one, they will graciously accept it.
